Associate-Live Chat - VOD0004CQ
Role purpose: Role purpose is to identify and hire and agent who would be able to cater to Vodafone Ireland consumer customers on chats.The queries on chats would revolve around all the services currently available to Vodafone IE customers.
The agent will have the following KPI’s that his performance will be gauged on the below
NPS
Chats per hour
Internal Quality score
Average handling time
Average chat time
Productivity & login
Schedule & break adherence
Leave management

Desired Profile (Overall & Relevant work experience, skills, technical/domain knowledge, Customer handling, Geographical exposure etc Essential
 Desired :: Previous experience of a live chat process(preferably on the bold chat application)
knowledge of Irish culture
Education/Technical/Functional qualifications and/or Professional Certifications:
 Essential : Graduate
