Job Description
Business Analyst
This role will be focussed on Risk Management Decision Science for Prepaid products on the Serve platform (Serve, Bluebird, etc). The person would be working on decision science and/or customer insights/analyses. The individual would:
1. Extract and manipulate complex data from various sources and translate analytical insights into decision science models and business applications
2. Drive customer analytics through test and learn design and micro-segmentation
3. Develop solutions that mine complex digital behavioral data and transform it into actionable information
4. Leverage big data and machine learning tools for building next generation analytics and capabilities
5. Additionally, the individual is expected to come up with new ideas and drive innovation
This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.
Qualifications
1.Strong analytical and problem solving skills and a tremendous will to win
2.Good knowledge of econometrics, statistics, and data mining methods, prior experience of statistical modelling/econometrics is a plus
3.Prior experience working with very large datasets using Big Data tools and platforms is desirable
4.Ability to deliver on high-priority projects under tight timelines
5.Good communication skills
6.Post-Graduate degree in a quantitative field required
7. 1-2 years of analytical or payments experience is desirable
