Job Description
1. Joining formalities and orientation- To ensure that new hires paperwork is completed accurately and conduct new employee orientation.
2. Employee Relation - Serve as the point of contact for all personnel employee matters and provide guidance to employees. Communicate with employees and line management to gather and convey relevant information.
3. MIS - Prepares and compile data for staffing and diversity related reports and distribute to management. Generated monthly/weekly reports for management review; administer HR tracking system for new hires and terminations
4. Compensation & Benefits - Preparing Base data for merit increase, salary adjustment and changes, transfers, leave of absence, Prepare Per Diem Structure etc.
5. Performance Management - Track reviews and handle performance management issues with managers and employees. Played a key role in developing and executing software for performance management programs, which included analysis and recommending improvements on job documentation, and job evaluation systems.
6. Policies and procedures - Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries. Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements.
7. Data Analysis - Coordinate and participate in ESAT surveys. Analysis and prepare a report on ESAT. Recommend, develop and maintain human resource data bases, and manual filing systems. Data Collation and Analysis of E-SAT survey. Analyze salary data during salary increments etc.
