Roles and Responsibilities:
Checking the quality of Calls of the agents
Checking on the quality of the E-mails
Transaction Quality Audit.
Document and report the feedback
Identify and define specific training needs based on call monitoring and quality audit reports
Willing to Work in24*7 shifts
Financial: Deviation from planned expense.
Able to deliver results as per customer requirements
High customer satisfaction rating (CSS)
Process (Internal): Participate and implement defect prevention and software process improvement activities in the project.
Adherence and compliance to Project/organization processes and standards
Document technical learning from the project
Position Specifications
Education Qualification (Mandatory) :Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Past Experience/Skills Required (Mandatory): 1 - 4 years of experience
Experience in quality auditing for Process Implementation
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
Past Experience/Skills Required (Optional/ Preferable)
Knowledge of LEAN and Six Sigma concepts.
Venue :
A-24, Infocity Sector 34, Near Hero Honda Chowk, Gurgaon. (Huda City center nearest metro station)
Timings : 9:00 am to 02:00 pm
