Executive - HR
Candidate should have any HR qualification, could be a certification in HR but not MBA.
Should hold relevant experience in HR Transactional Processing in HR/IT enabled services/HR Ops role /Offshore HR Services. The role will require an in-depth understanding of HR policies, processes. Will be responsible to handle employee queries related to HR over emails/phone calls. Will need to handle certain back / front end HR transactions/processes within defined SLAs. Exposure to an HRIS system like SuccessFactors /PeopleSoft / SAP will be preferable. Flexibility to work with the team is a must. Shift working is required and should be open to work on few weekends and stretch hours, as per business requirement.  Service Orientation, logical and Good Communication Skills are a must.  The role is back and front end HR Operations handling processes for TCL India employees.  The transactions are related to Joining, Offer Letters, Exit and other P&E areas. Team is also providing support in carrying out various HR interventions and projects. (Other Requirements).  Candidate should hold good knowledge of MS Office (Excel - macros, pivots, v-look ups and Word - mail merge etc.)


Is able to apply broad knowledge of specific professional/operational practices. Checks for problems in existing systems and modifies work processes following defined procedures. Operational role responsible for achieving day-to-day objectives. Works under direct supervision Education : Graduate/Diploma in HR Experience: 0-2 years
